Implementation of Upgrading and expansion project of National Highway No. 21 section from Son Tay to Xuan Mai (BOT project)
On 14 Aug 2014 Tecico held the meeting of Upgrading and expansion project of National Highway No. 21 (NH21) section from Son Tay to Xuan Mai (BOT project)
This project is expected to be one of the first BOT projects of Hanoi city. NH 21 is expected to be expanded to 4 lanes with total width of 20.5 m and a separator at the middle.
TECICO is assisting Investor in preparation of the project
