Implementation of Upgrading and expansion project of National Highway No. 21 section from Son Tay to Xuan Mai (BOT project)
In the afternoon of 12 Aug, Minister Dinh La Thang has worked with the leaders of the Thai Nguyen and Bac Kan provinces to implement new National Highway No.3 (NH3) project – (Thai Nguyen- Cho Moi (Bac Kan).
The project includes NH3 with 40km long with 2 lanes of 12m wide and upgrade the existing NH3 from Km75 to Km100.
Speaking at the meeting, the leaders of the two provinces: Thai Nguyen and Bac Kan agreed that the project is expected by the people for many years, so they will provide the highest support for the project to ensure that the project is implemented smoothly.
Minister Dinh La Thang highly appreciate the enthusiastic support of both provinces to the project. Minister also suggest two provincial try to complete clearance within 6 months. For investors, they must prepare finance for resettlement fully. Two investors CIENCO4 and Tuan Loc have to prepare procedures to ensure the effectiveness of the project.
